Raisina study centre was unofficially
started by GOR SIKWADI social movement in the year 2013 under the able guidance of
Prof.Pravin Rathod. Idea behind starting it was initially just to create a platform for
GOR students to unite together and prepare for competitive examinations. Around 5-7
students along with pravin sir held an unofficial meeting with anil rathod, niwas
jadhav,ravi rathod, suresh jadhav,sukhdev rathod,Rahul chavan,rahul pawar,and laxman
jadhav on SB college ground and planned about how to start a small reading room.In the
year 2013 a small reading room was started in SB colony Aurangpura, Latter on 20 march
2014 Raisina study centre was started officially.
Slowly and gradually now it has grown up into a great platform of different activities
for gor students from all over India. Almost all the above said alumni and many more GOR
students are today successfully working in different departments of Maharashtra state
and the central government.
Thousands of capable and needy students throughout the state have taken advantage of
different facilities provided by raisina study centre.Raisina study centre has been
working in Maharashtra since the last 6 years. Today there are 4 Branches of raisina
study centres in maharashtra.There are branches of raisina study centre at aurangabad,
latur, amravati, kinwat (nanded).

Raisina study centre focuses on providing all educational facilities to poor and needy students of gor culture.It also makes efforts to bring them forward in the educational sector. Raisina provides them a free library facility, and makes sure that all essential reading materials,books, magazines, newspaper, periodicals are available for students. Raisina scholarship is provided to few scholar, hardworking , genuine,honest needy students.Many students have taken advantage of this scholarship and other facilities and are working on high official posts in different government offices. So I personally feel that raisina is doing a great job of creating officers of high dignity.
Efforts are made for the holistic development of the students through the Raisina Study Center. The purpose of the study center is not only to prepare for the job but also to make the students aware benefiting the society through their positions and education after getting the job, the feeling of Payback to Society is developed among the the students In a nutshell, the Raisina Study Center is playing a Major Role in creating a modern Gor Banjara society.
Raisina study centre is the factory of upcoming officers and in my view it is the temple of study, Raisina study centre is most important part of life without this study centre I will not be able to achieve my goal.
Raisina conducts test series regularly which helps students to test their knowledge and brainstorming eventually scoring better in exams too.
Raisina invites the most professional guests to share their experiences and guide the students through different aspects.
